On tiramisu

Pastamania's tiramisu is made to kill. It has disarmingly light cocoa powder dusted on disarmingly light cheese over disarmingly light sponge fingers totally dripping with liquor or brandy, I can't tell. They probably shouldn't sell it to anyone below 18 (but w00t! it tastes good so heck.)
