thoughts.

I remember, there was something... just... Never mind.

-----

Eoin Colfer's writing a new Hitchhiker's book. That's almost like asking Rushdie to do a new translation of the Koran, IMHO. ^^

-----

My comp's working okay now but my dvd player's spoilt. Technical failure's a disease, I swear.

Has anyone heard The Velvet Underground? I quite likeĀ Sunday Morning.

*cringe* adam, maan!

that aside, I liked colfer; see, he writes better children's trash than Rowling.

I'm afraid rowling was better. But it's a race to the bottom: the last 4 Harry potter books were dreadful (although something can be said for the first few)

I agree! I loved the first three books, and numerically, she was pulling a Lucas there.

Colfer vs Rowling? I suppose comes down to what one needs. Artemis Fowl's mindless fun - you can chortle out loud - although it certainly doesn't come close to Rowling's first three when it comes to making a literary impression.

But Colfer's other works are pretty quirky, and make more enjoyable reads than Artemis. He's got a decent amount of imagination and it works across several different storyverses. Similar style though.

i'd hate to kill off the most active discussion in my blog but you're talking about 2 authors whom i've barely read, one of which i detest. so stfu already!

even talking about vaginas would be marginally more acceptable.
